What to Expect

Our Friday night gatherings are centered around people experiencing the presence of God. One encounter with the living God and we are changed. Our desire is to see people live out their faith in lives of risk and obedience, doing the things that Jesus did.

Worship is central to who we are and we love beginning our nights worshipping together. As we praise Him our hearts are gently pulled from the cares of this world into a posture of worship and awe. It’s in this posture that we are open to the Holy Spirit moving in us enabling him to do what only he can do. The Word is taught and received moving us into a time of ministry where we pray for people and equip them to understand their identity and authority so they can do what’s been modeled for them. The Western church has always been about gaining knowledge but Jesus both displayed who he was with acts of compassion, miracles and healing as well as teaching them and filling their minds with truth. We seek to do the same, relying on the Holy Spirit and the Word to lead us.

At CH coffee our mission is to foster an environment where everyone feels seen and celebrated. A place where dreams are birthed and creativity is inspired, where relationships go deeper and community is found.

We understand that each person that walks through our front door has a story, and no matter what your day brings you will always experience kindness and presence. And of course there is always the possibility of unbridled celebration breaking out. And you thought you were just getting a simple cup of coffee!

PRAYER ROOM

In 2018 we opened a small prayer room as a means to serve our community. It began with 40 hours of continuous prayer and over the years have done numerous round-the-clock prayer vigils and countless individual prayer appointments.

We now have a new space for this prayer room tucked away in the back of CedarHouse. It is open to the public during coffee and ministry hours. The CedarHouse Prayer Room is a sacred space set apart from the hustle and bustle of Orange County. It is a place to be still and know the weight and beauty of His presence.

& DELIVERANCE

INNER HEALING is the process of inviting the Holy Spirit into painful memories, emotions, and belief systems to bring truth, comfort, and restoration to the wounded areas of the soul (mind, emotions, and will). It addresses the root causes of emotional pain, trauma, and lies we’ve believed about ourselves, God, or others.

DELIVERANCE focuses on areas where we have unknowingly opened doors to demonic influence. This happens through unforgiveness, engaging in the occult, new age, drug use and making agreements that war against Truth.

Our team ARE all trained in inner healing and deliverance — During an appointment, two members of the cedarhouse team will walk you through this time of prayer.

What to Expect

CedarHouse Rise found its beginning in the hearts of high school students who longed to see the intimacy and power of God impact their generation.

It is a ministry run by High School students, and lead by Sara Steinle. The team includes: Jayden Kawasaki, Che Krudwig, June Stankovits, Sloan Steinle and Charlotte McClure.

Every RISE gathering Jesus shows up to tend to the hearts and minds of these teenagers where they learn that they have been given the power and the authority to do the things that Jesus did. Come and join us as we encounter His presence.
